Taylor Swift shattered one of her pricey Louboutin heels and hurled it into the crowd at her final Eras Tour event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, this week.
The lucky fan who caught the shattered sole is now selling it to help pay for his cousin’s cancer treatment.
Felipe Conrado had VIP tickets to Taylor Swift’s three sold-out Rio de Janeiro gigs. He wants people to spread the word about the one-of-a-kind object.
The caption reads: “As many of you have been following, we are in the middle of a large mobilisation to help fund my cousin’s ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ treatment.” DailyMail.com translated the caption from Portuguese into English. “If you can share or tell, the link is in my bio!”
He is adamant that all the money collected would go directly to his cousin Ângela Conrado’s ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ treatment fund.
Swift was wobbling on stage during Monday’s performance when her shoe broke. A video of this went viral, drawing comparisons to Margot Robbie’s flat feet.
The Anti-Hero singer kept her other foot up to compensate for the height discrepancy, as only one heel was still on.
It looked like the scene in the Barbie movie where Robbie removes her high-heeled slippers and reveals that her feet are still arched, much like the famous doll’s.
Conrado first informed everyone that he had captured the sneaker by tweeting a photo to his X (previously Twitter) account following the show.
The Louboutin boots were created specifically for Swift’s Eras Tour, which began in March in North America and will soon conclude in South America.
This weekend, they will perform three consecutive gigs in São Paulo, Brazil.
Swift had to cancel her gig on Saturday due to the heat in Rio de Janeiro, so her Monday night show was a make-up date.
Swift paid a heartfelt homage to Ana Clara Benevides, who died on Friday at the Eras Tour stop in Rio de Janeiro after “cardiac arrest due to dehydration.”
As the show’s second surprise performance, the chart-topping global diva sang her sad ballad “Bigger Than the Whole Sky,” about grieving a premature loss. She appeared to be paying tribute to her late fan, 23.

After an emotional few days, including the stabbing death of a 25-year-old Swift fan named Gabriel Milhomem Santos and the death of a fan named Ally Anderson after a five-year battle with ᴄаɴᴄᴇʀ, the 12-time Grammy winner broke down in tears as she talked about the recent tragedies in her community.
Swift sung, “Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye / You were bigger than the whole sky / You were more than just a short time,” causing some to scream out loud. “What should’ve been you / What could’ve been, would’ve been you”
The Amsterdam actress’s voice shook as she attempted to sing the words: “Did some force take you because I didn’t pray?”
“No words appear before me in the aftermath/Salt streams out my eyes and into my ears/Everything I touch becomes sick with sadness” was a further depressing verse.
Benevides passed out in the front row on Friday. Doctors performed CPR at the site but were unable to save her life.
She was rushed to the hospital, but she suffered a second heart attack and died there.
Earlier in the show, Swift praised her supporters for coming out in record-breaking heat and rain to show their support. Saturday’s show had to be cancelled due to the extreme heat.
She questioned the audience, “How lucky must you be to have 65,000 people dance with you in the pouring rain?” “I’ve never been able to bring a tour to Brazil before, and you’ve been so helpful to me since the start of my career.”
Swift continued, “You have no idea how pleased I am to see your faces tonight. “I love you so much.”
Her second event, her first since Benevides’ death, takes place during Brazil’s extraordinary heatwave. Fans were apparently not permitted to bring water to the highly anticipated show, despite the fact that it was extremely hot.
Fans said after Swift’s show on Friday that they weren’t allowed to bring water into the venue, but this hasn’t been confirmed.
Swift begged stadium staff to give her fans water at her first concert in Brazil, which was caught on video. During the show, the singer stopped everything and threw a water bottle into the crowd.
One scary video shared on TikTоk seemed to show Swift having a hard time breathing as the arena temperature rose above 37C. Swift can be seen quickly taking seven breaths before starting another one of her Һit songs in the 11-second clip.
